JAMES KINGMAN, LPC - PRESIDENT
James Kingman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #LPC009891) in the state of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He was previously on staff at the Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders (ACE) and currently sees private clients in Atlanta and Sandy Springs offices. James made the transition from a successful corporate career to counseling based on his desire to help others in our community. James treats a diverse range of clients, helping them to explore ways to more effectively cope with concerns such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ/gender identity, relationship issues and eating disorders.

KAREN CORRY, LPC - VICE-PRESIDENT
Karen is a Registered Art Therapist and LPC with Modern Path. Her focus is working with trans and gender expansive teens and adults, and with survivors of trauma. Karen also works for the LPCA of GA reviewing CE applications for approval and consulting with members on the licensure process. In the community, she volunteers with Georgia Safe Schools Coalition, and Take This, a non-profit for mental health support for gamers, and serves on the board for the Georgia Art Therapy Association.

ORION CROOK, LPC - SECRETARY
In the SW of Atlanta just off Interstate 20, Orion Psychotherapy's studio office holds space for adolescents and adults who are seeking to engage in a therapeutic-relationship-ritual with a Licensed Professional Counselor. Grounded in his Humanistic foundation from the University of West Georgia, he often encounters the lived struggles of trauma, gender, sexuality, and
loss with compassion, an ear for metaphors, and an interest in experiential Expressive Therapies. At the intersection where art meets therapy Orion founded and runs the Therapeutic Artists Residency, that offers four Atlanta artists free individual and group counseling for a year and ends in a showcase of their work.

Joella serves individuals and couples, helping adults navigate anxiety, life transitions, relationships, loss, addiction and recovery, and personal growth. Joella has passion for authentic experiences, that is feeling what it is to be human on our planet – the thrill of being alive. She loves to immerse herself in fellowship, culture, landscape, music, food, travel and ceremony and works with clients to experience their passions.
