  • ​Below you will find a list of current groups offered by our member therapists. Groups can be an effective adjunct to individual, couples, or family psychotherapy, and may be a more affordable therapeutic option than individual services. ​Please contact the facilitators of each group directly for more information.

Out Late

Out Late is a men's therapy group for those who come out later in life, often leaving mixed orientation marriages or with a history of identifying publicly as straight.

Women's Loss Group

This is a group for women who have lost, are estranged from, or have mothers that just don't seem capable of providing the support needed.

Women's Coming Out Group

Childhood Emotional Neglect

This is a free women's group that is open to women who are either exploring a shift in their sexuality and/or coming out later in life after having identified as straight. Participation in this group is free after an initial consultation.

Monthly workshop and combined, ongoing skills and process group for adults recovering from Chilhood Emotional Neglect (CEN). LGBTQ individuals are especially susceptaible to CEN due to frequent lack of parental suppot and overt and/or covert shaming.

The Dating Game

Art Therapy Trauma Group

Dating can be tricky at the best of times, and sometimes it feels like it's only getting more so. Putting yourself out there is hard enough, and disability or injury can make it that much harder. The Dating Game is a skill & process group for people with disabilities or injuries, and who are dating, or thinking of starting.

This group is for adult survivors of trauma who wants to try creative methods for processing their emotions, feels "stuck" in their current journey, or needs a good place to start exploring the impact their trauma has had on their life. This group is open to and affirming of all gender and sexual identities.
