James Kingman is a Licensed Professional Counselor (License #LPC009891) in the state
of Georgia and a National Certified Counselor (NCC). He was previously on staff at the
Atlanta Center for Eating Disorders (ACE) and Care and Counseling Center of Georgia.
He currently sees private clients in his group practice, Unlimited Spectrum Counseling &
Wellness at their office in Brookhaven and virtually. James made the transition from a successful corporate career to counseling based on his desire to help others in our community. He treats a diverse range of clients, helping them explore ways to effectively cope with concerns such as depression, anxiety, LGBTQ/gender identity, relationship issues and eating disorders. James' practice is also a member of the OUT Georgia Business Alliance.

JULIE LANE, LPC - VICE-PRESIDENT
Julie is a Licensed Professional Counselor with Align Wellness. With over 12 years of experience, she has frequently worked with clients experiencing anxiety, depression, ADHD, OCD, grief, complex medical issues (including cancer, chronic pain, fibromyalgia, and POTS), as well as those facing end-of-life concerns. Julie helps clients explore existential questions while strengthening self-care practices, improving self-talk and self-esteem, and setting healthier boundaries. She often incorporates mindfulness and holistic approaches to support deeper emotional healing. Julie is experienced using techniques from CBT (Cognitive Behavioral Therapy), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), and ERP(Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy). She is committed to providing a supportive, affirming space for individuals of all races, sexual orientations, gender identities, and relationship structures. AARON KIMBLE, PhD, MA, MBA, CLC - TREASURER
Aaron serves as a Sr. Project Manager for DeKalb County as well as a clinical therapy associate for
both A Place for Me Counseling and WholeHeart Psychotherapy. As a Sr. Project Manager for DeKalb County, Dr. Kimble serves as the Chair for the Hotel/Motel, Multifamily, and Tattoo Parlor Task Forces, where he uses this avenue to promote social justice through researching and writing policy for socio-economic change. As a multi-faceted clinician, Dr. Kimble focuses on assisting clients through
holistic healing of the body, mind, and spirit. Dr. Kimble utilizes cognitive behavioral, psychodynamic, and emotionally focused therapies to assist individuals, couples, and families in achieving their
mental health goals. Dr. Kimble specializes in treating clients with sexual health issues, grief, narcissism, LGBT+, and social justice concerns.

MATTHEW SHUGART, LPC - EVENTS CHAIR
Matthew specializes in supporting individuals who are navigating neurodiversity and Autism, healing from the complexities of trauma, seeking support and recovery from eating disorders, and anyone who wants to embrace the potential of a major life transition. Matthew is also well versed in depression and anxiety and can draw from a variety of therapeutic modalities, such as EMDR, Person Centered, Somatic Healing & Mindfulness, Internal Family Systems, and Transactional Analysis.

JAYDE MULLIS, LPC - SECRETARY & SOCIAL MEDIA CHAIR
Jayde is a Licensed Professional Counselor in the State of Georgia. Jayde uses the pronouns they/them and identifies as a trans-nonbinary lesbian. As an autistic individual, Jayde seeks to help other neurodiverse individuals with identifying and accommodating their unique needs. Jayde operates with a social justice and queer affirming lens utilizing modalities such as narrative therapy and interpersonal process theory. They are also adept at pulling interventions from CBT, DBT, and mindfulness practices in order to support client development of coping skills. Jayde recognizes the impact of environmental and social factors on the mental health of their clients and works to collaborate with them on determining strategies for pursuing health, happiness, and wellbeing. Jayde has experience working with clients on matters such as interpersonal relationship difficulties, generational trauma, depression, anxiety, gender and sexuality exploration, Autism, ADHD, and body image to name a few. He primarily works with LGBTQ+ children and adolescents (9-18yo), integrating expressive arts and play therapy interventions to help them better understand themselves. He works with LGBTQ+ and polyamorous adults as well. His career is built on experience with his own journey as an LGBTQ+ and polyamorous person, plus advocacy for the LGBTQ+ community through non-profit organizations.
